Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FinTrack — including our web application at fintrack.pk and our Android mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Opti WebOpz ("we", "us", "our"), the developer and operator of FinTrack.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FinTrack for your personal, non-commercial financial management needs, subject to these terms. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the FinTrack application
• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' data
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or other tools to interact with the service

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of FinTrack, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
• Use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms
• Ensure that any financial data you enter is your own and does not infringe on any third party's rights

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of FinTrack, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is truthful and that you will keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe the terms are being violated.

5. Subscription and Payment

FinTrack offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate displayed at the time of purchase
• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle through our payment processors (PayFast and/or Stripe)
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into FinTrack. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal or financial information.

• You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature
• You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time
• We will not sell, share, or disclose your financial data to third parties except as outlined in our Privacy Policy

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, code, and branding of FinTrack — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Opti WebOpz and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of FinTrack without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FinTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

FinTrack is a personal finance tracking tool and does not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, calculations, or reports generated by the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opti WebOpz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service
• Financial decisions made based on data or reports generated by FinTrack

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to FinTrack, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of FinTrack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes through email or in-app notifications.

Your continued use of FinTrack after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
