FinTrack is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product that provides personal finance management tools through a web portal and mobile application. As a digital service, FinTrack does not involve physical goods, so no physical returns are applicable.
This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for FinTrack subscription payments processed through our payment gateway.
FinTrack offers subscription-based premium plans billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
