1. About FinTrack

FinTrack is a personal finance management platform developed and operated by Opti WebOpz. It is available as a web application at fintrack.pk and as a mobile application on the Google Play Store for Android devices.

FinTrack helps individuals track daily expenses, manage budgets, set financial goals, and gain insights into their spending habits through an intuitive dashboard and reporting tools.

2. Services Provided

FinTrack provides the following core services:

• Manual and automated transaction recording (income and expenses)
• Bank statement import (CSV and PDF) with multi-bank support for Pakistani banks
• Auto-detect transactions from banking notifications on Android devices
• Budget creation and tracking with progress monitoring
• Financial goal setting and milestone tracking
• Recurring transaction management
• Visual reports, charts, and spending analytics
• Multi-category expense classification
• Data export (CSV format) for personal records
• Secure cloud sync between web and mobile platforms

3. Subscription Plans

FinTrack operates on a freemium model with the following tiers:

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We currently support payment processing through:

• PayFast Pakistan — for local debit/credit card and bank payments
• Stripe — for international card payments

FinTrack does not store your credit or debit card information. All payment data is handled directly by the payment processor in accordance with their security standards and privacy policies.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain FinTrack's availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (users will be notified in advance when possible)
• Emergency security patches or critical updates
• Hosting provider outages or infrastructure issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from temporary service interruptions.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your financial data seriously. FinTrack implements the following security measures:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted password storage using industry-standard hashing
• CSRF protection on all forms and API endpoints
• Session security with fingerprinting and timeout controls
• Local data encryption on mobile devices using SQLCipher
• Regular security reviews and updates

8. Account Termination

You may delete your FinTrack account at any time by contacting our support team or through the account settings in the web portal. Upon account deletion:

• All personal and financial data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
• Any active subscription will be cancelled immediately with no further charges
• This action is irreversible — deleted data cannot be recovered

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

FinTrack is a financial tracking and budgeting tool. It is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or investment platform. We do not provide financial, tax, or investment advice.

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their financial data. FinTrack is not liable for any financial decisions made based on data or reports generated by the platform.

10. Changes to Services

We may modify, update, or discontinue features or services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notifications. Continued use of FinTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated services.
